It is a time to receive the Body and Blood of Christ in a time that is  tranquil.
Feel the grace and love of Christ fill your heart, and center your week.  

This time of Communion is led by lay people, ( Pastor has blessed elements)  
is meant to fill your heart, and nourish your spirit.
 
*Gluten free bred and grape juice are used in serving Communion.
